SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

INTRODUCTION

Motorcycle racing is a spectacular sport enjoying a large following of dedicated fans, which seems to grow year by year.  They are attracted by the excitement, glamour and the close elbow-to-elbow racing.

The British Superbike Championship is widely known as one of the best domestic championships in the world.  Many competing riders have won races at world level.  The series itself consists of 13 rounds, visiting all the major circuits in England, including the world famous Silverstone, Donington Park and Brands Hatch circuits.  There is also a round in Scotland at the spectacular Knockhill circuit and a round in Eire at the beautiful Mondello Park circuit.  This gives far reaching advertising, promotional and marketing opportunities both at the circuits and on television.

The British Superbike Championship Events still manage to exist in a professional, but friendly and family orientated atmosphere.  The paddocks are open allowing the fans access to their racing heroes where they are able to see the large race transporters and bikes, and they are able to see and chat to the riders.  The pit lane is open for a period of time each race day morning, giving the fans the opportunity to collect posters and autographs of the Superbike, Supersport and Superstock racers.  The adults are the consumers of today, but the children are the consumers of tomorrow.  What better place to display your company products or services.

The championship itself consists of the two main British Superbike races plus five supporting races.  The supporting races are Supersport for 600cc machines, 125cc GP machines, the Yamaha R6 Cup for young riders, the National Superstock Championship for 1000cc machines similar to Superbikes, and the Superstock Cup.  Each round runs over three days, usually Friday for practicing, Saturday for qualifying to determine grid positions and Sunday is Race Day, with a short warm up period for each class in the morning.  Where race day is on a Bank Holiday Monday the round runs over Saturday and Sunday as well.

TEAM PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS, ETC

Ingram Racing are actively looking for a Commercial Team Partner to join them for the remainder of 2007 and continue into the 2008 season, where they are hoping to move up from the National Superstock Championship to the Superbike Cup Championship.

We are looking for a “go ahead” Company as a Team Partner, who we can actively work with to promote and market to the full extent in order to increase your business.  Your Company branding would be advertised on the team transport, the bike and all team clothing, including the ever-popular promotion and “grid” girl’s outfits.  Circuit attendance and TV viewing figures continue to rise each year, and with ITV1 and Sky Sports continuing to broadcast all 13 rounds giving rise to even more exposure to Company brandings. .

With British Superbikes now more popular than British Touring Cars, what better way to promote, advertise and spread the word about your Company products or services.

Being a Team Partner enables you and your guests to join the team at the circuits to experience all the glamour, excitement and behind the scenes activities that are British Superbike racing at its best.  Any involvement with Ingram Racing would be very rewarding, being able to follow the career of John Ingram, spend time with him and cheer him on at the circuits.

Other Team Partnership / Sponsor benefits include:

·         Extensive advertising of Company products and services.

·         Guest passes.

·         Hospitality.

·         Rider and team promotional duties.

·         Bike available for exhibitions.

·         Internet and newspaper coverage.

·         Company promotional leaflet distribution.

·         Etc, etc.

And of course all sponsorship is tax deductible.

Other ways of sponsoring John are to become his Personal Sponsor or to sponsor him at a single round of the Championship.

If you are at all interested in sponsoring John and Ingram Racing in any way and require further information or detailed Sponsorship Packages, then please contact John or myself.  Thank you.
